SECRETARY The SECRETARY is a famous bimonthly journal published by Shanghai University, and regulated by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. As the first journal of secretary in China, it was published from 1983. In 2018, it took the lead in implementing transformation among similar journals, changing from a work guidance journal focusing on applied research to an academic journal emphasizing professional discussion. The transformed “Secretary”, in addition to secretarial science, archives, literature and other disciplines, covers political science and administration, administrative management, information resource management, human resource management, public relations, and organizational behavior and communication, and studies the management assistance, operation support and decision-making consultation of social organizations.
