CHINESE SOCIOLOGICAL REVIEW The Chinese Sociological Review (CSR), formerly known as Chinese Sociology & Anthropology (1968 - 2011), joined Shanghai University in 2015. CSR publishes high-quality original works from sociologists and other social scientists in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and abroad. It publishes 5 issues per year. The mission of the journal is to advance the understanding of contemporary Chinese society and contribute to general knowledge in the discipline of sociology. All research articles will undergo a rigorous editorial screening and peer review process. The journal is intended for an international readership.
